Disciple Maker Index Survey (Nov/Dec 2022)

As part of the Beacons of Light process, our family of parishes will be participating in a family-wide survey!

We will be participating in a survey about discipleship conducted by the Catholic Leadership Institute (CLI), the organization helping us navigate through the phases of Beacons of Light. 

Please help us by participating in a 10-15 minute survey online!  The survey can be accessed from November 27, 2022 – January 1, 2023 and will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on our parish’s efforts to help you grow.  This survey is your opportunity to share your voice with us as we begin our planning process.

 All responses will be confidential.  We will receive an analysis report at the family of parishes level and at the individual parish level, but no individual responses will be shared with us. The survey link is listed here:

This information will be invaluable to Fr. Steve and our Pathways and Leadership teams as we plan and strive to be the best disciples we can be.  We will receive the results this spring/summer at which time we will share what we have learned with the entire family of parishes.  We will conduct this survey every 2-4 years which will allow us to receive feedback and restructure as needed.
