Guardian Angels Parish

Home

Hello to all and thank you for welcoming me into your parish!  I am very happy to be here at Guardian Angels.

To give a little bit of my background, I came from an Air Force family: my father was from Michigan, but his first assignment was overseas in Zaragoza, Spain, where he met my mother.  My sister and I were both born there and subsequently moved around the globe haphazardly until we ended up at Wright Patterson AFB.  Finishing high school in Beavercreek, I went into Mechanical Engineering at Wright State University.  It was halfway through my degree that I started reevaluating what I wanted to do with my life, praying about it, and finally discerning to enter the seminary.  I finished my degree and entered straight into the seminary in 2012.  I am happy to say that I couldn't ask for a better seminary (and I've seen a fair few) or a better internship parish!

Thanks again for your wonderful welcome and know that I am here in order to be totally available to the parish.  As a very specific "open invitation" for me to get to know all of you better, I am happy to offer to make a dessert for anyone who would like to have me over for a meal with your family!

Please keep me in your prayers as I will all of you.

In Christ,

Christian Cone-Lombarte
