Mass & Parishioner Support

Baptism Greeters welcome and assist the parents and families of the children being baptized at Mass on the first Sunday of the month.
Choir and Music Ministry supports our prayer with their talents. Cantors, Choir Members, and Musicians form and integral part of our prayer.  Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings, September through May. The choir sings at the 10:00am Sunday Mass and special occasions. Contact George Stegeman at (513)624-3149 if you are interested in joining this ministry.
Eucharistic Ministers distribute communion during Mass, to the homebound, and local nursing homes.
Fellowship Sunday is the group that organizes coffee and donuts after the 8:00am and 10:00am Masses on the third Sunday of the month.

Greeter Ministry welcomes those attending weekend Masses. We are asking for some friendly faces to be at the gathering space doors 20 minutes before the Saturday and Sunday Masses. You would be committing to a once-a-month obligation. We would like to have a minimum of 3 people greeting at each Mass.  Feel free to have the whole family at the doors welcoming fellow parishioners and new ones as we join in the celebration of Mass together. A single person or a family can all serve in this ministry. (GA students may count this activity as Service to the Parish for the Christian Service Program.)

Please sign-up online if you would like to participate.

Hospitality sponsors social activities throughout the year, such as the Rectory Christmas Open House. Meetings are held as needed.
Lectors proclaim the Word of God during our liturgical gatherings.
New Parishioner Welcome is a group that welcomes new parishioners into our community through personal contact. Periodic meetings are involved as well as the time needed for contacting all new members.
Servers are girls and boys of the parish in sixth grade or older who assist the priest in preparation for and celebration of the Church’s liturgical rites. These rites include Masses, funerals, weddings and other special occasions.
Sunday Mass Coordinators coordinate all the last minute details for each Sunday Mass. They are also available during the liturgy to assist any of the other ministers should something unusual occur.
Ushers help seat people for the liturgy, assist with emergencies, take up the collection and direct the communion procession.
